It was evident that this space held immense potential, but it would require a significant transformation to align with the client's vision of a functional yet aesthetically pleasing living, working, and entertaining space. The existing floor plan presented a challenge with walls in inconvenient places and outdated features throughout. However, armed with creativity and a commitment to excellence, Hector and Chris were determined to turn this space into something truly remarkable.

Respecting the client's primary request to prioritize the view above all else, Hector and Chris embarked on a journey to reimagine his home. They carefully considered every detail, from wall removals to new ceiling lighting, flooring, and cabinetry. ​
With the client's enthusiastic approval of their design presentation, Hector and Chris wasted no time in bringing their vision to life. They enlisted the help of their preferred contractors to execute the renovations, ensuring that every aspect of the project met the client's high expectations.​
​As the construction crew worked tirelessly to gut and update the home, Hector and Chris focused on curating the perfect furnishings and décor to complement the new design. They collaborated with custom upholstery, carpentry, and lighting companies to create bespoke pieces that seamlessly integrated into the space, providing both functionality and style.

From the low-profile sectional sofa designed to maximize seating without obstructing the view, to the custom storage cabinet in the bar area and the artful slatted wall detail in the dining room, every element was carefully chosen to enhance the overall aesthetic.

The addition of semitransparent window shades allowed the view to remain the focal point, while unique glass tube lighting fixtures added a touch of sophistication and ambiance to the space. With each detail meticulously curated, Hector and Chris transformed the client's home into a true reflection of the client’s vision and personality.

As the final touches were put in place and the last coat of paint applied, Hector and Chris couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction knowing that they had exceeded the client's expectations. With the renovations complete and the furnishings installed, the once-dated space had been reborn into a luxurious haven where the view took center stage in every room.
