Landscape Revival

Landscape Architecture + Design

Installation Project Managment

The Spirit of
Clients and Neighborhood.

Homeowners got in touch with Romero + Obeji who loved their previous design work on their next-door neighbor's home in a beautiful historic neighborhood.

Hector + Chris remembered their1926 Mission Revival home and said absolutely YES!

These clients had recently painted the home, which was a big transformation in itself, but the exterior landscape needed an update to bring this home to its full potential. The plan included Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, and Exterior Furnishings layout and selections. As Chris + Hector became more acquainted with the clients, they discovered their passion for vintage details that are included in this landscape design.

Designers Hector + Chris put together a special a plan respectfully considering the homes historic architecture based on early California Missions. This style brings together historic Spanish, Mexican, Indigenous cultures. This architecture style is responsible for opening the door for future California Spanish Revival architecture and the current predominant Mediterranean identity in California today.

Creating Spaces With Purpose.

Center stage are pathways and open areas covered with compressed decomposed granite around the entire property. These pathways guide you and your senses while enjoying organic mulched garden beds planted with a colorful variety of drought tolerant plants, cactus, fruit, and ornamental trees.

Furnishings including new and vintage items including their collection of vintage garden ornamental statues that are placed in various locations around the property.

This project has added so much charm to this historic neighborhood.

The clients and neighbors are extremely happy with the results.

Thanks to our Inland Empire team HC for placing the right foreman on this job.
