New Construction Project Management

Romero + Obeji are excited to have a home that they designed and built selected for Palm Springs Modernism Week!

So many beautiful homes to be in company with.

2500 Cahuilla Hills Drive. Palm Springs, California 92262

Concept to Completion

Every aspect of this hillside desert home was carefully planned and designed by Hector Romero and Chris Obeji. They conceptually sketched up this house on a note pad during a trip to Europe. When they returned, they met with a local architect and began the journey. Once plans were approved the construction crew began a two-year building process.

Hector + Chris project managed every step of development to ensure all design and construction details were being executed at the highest level required to create this architectural masterpiece.

A Mix of New and Vintage

The home is furnished with a mix of new and vintage furnishings. This design direction is time consuming because sourcing of truly authentic quality accessories, furnishings, and art needed to be sought through vintage and antique shops in Southern California. The style is Boho - Modern - Coachella. This 3900 sq. ft home is recognized by Palm Springs architectural committee as a significant contribution to the inventory of modern homes.
